Watermark Intellectual Property Expands its Legal Practice with Commercial IP Expert

Watermark welcomes Alice L. Wong.  Alice has joined the Watermark Melbourne office as Senior Associate.

Alice has over 20 years experience in intellectual property law and has extensive experience in advising clients on a myriad of intellectual property issues, including preparation of contracts, general IP procurement and commercialisation advice, licensing and providing advice in relation to patent filing and measures for ensuring protection of confidential information.

Alice is also fluent in Mandarin and has negotiated IP and commercial contracts in China including multi-million dollar software licensing and consulting services contracts with Chinese governmental entities and banks.

Prior to joining Watermark, Alice was a Consultant Attorney for Thomson Reuters where she negotiated customer and supplier contracts in relation to data and software licensing/distribution across Asia.
