In partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel Australia, Watermark is presenting: IP and Innovation, including a panel discussion.

Following Richard Baddeley’s popular seminar on the Fundamentals of IP in May, Mark Pullen Principal, Watermark and one of the most well-respected and experienced IP advisors in WA, will facilitate a panel comprising in-house counsel and senior representatives from the private, University and Government sectors who are at the coal face of IP and Innovation. Panelists will share their experiences navigating the world of IP, providing valuable insights into protecting and maximising intangible assets. The discussion will include perspectives on:

  • Licensing and competitor intelligence
