Leanne joined Watermark in 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Leanne is involved in advising, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the ICT sector, including the areas of optical and photonic technologies, gaming, and telecommunications. Leanne also has a particular interest in trade marks and is involved in advising on all aspects of trade mark law including filing, prosecution and opposition work.
As a member of Watermark Intellectual Property Lawyers, Leanne also advises and acts for clients in the areas of commercialisation, licensing, copyright law and intellectual property litigation.
Leanne is admitted as a Lawyer before the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
