 Craig is a registered Australian and New Zealand Patent and Trade Mark Attorney with over 12 years experience in intellectual property.

Craig has extensive experience in drafting and prosecution of patent applications in Australia and overseas across a wide range of technologies.  Craig also has substantial experience in assisting clients with oppositions, trade marks and designs.  In addition, he has expertise in patent validity and infringement advice.

Prior to joining Watermark in 2001, Craig worked for over five years as a Patent Examiner at the Patent Office in Canberra where he gained significant experience in examining patent applications and conducting patent searches.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Physics) from RMIT University.  The industrial experience component of his degree was undertaken at the Bureau of Meteorology where he was involved in the assessment of new methods of calibrating solar radiation detectors.
