He advises a number of international and multi-national companies in both the private and public sectors and has a wide expertise in handling complex transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements relating to intellectual property such as patent licences, trade mark licences, collaborative research and development agreements, supply and distribution agreements, marketing agreements, confidentiality agreements, software development agreements and software licences.

Peter’s in-depth trade mark experience encompasses all aspects of trade mark law, including portfolio management, clearance searches, registration, opposition and general advice.
