Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce , MBA, Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant in Australia.

I really enjoy interaction with people and the sense of achievement of a positive outcome.  I relish the challenge of a tough situation.

After an initial spell at Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants I moved into industry. I spent over 20 years in senior finance and operational roles at HJ Heinz Australia, SPC Ardmona Limited and Golden Circle Limited. I then moved into professional services as CEO of a small but well regarded regional legal practice. I have been fortunate to be closely involved in a number of Australian corporate success stories initially experiencing major challenges and ultimately resulting in significant change, growth and increased returns to all stakeholders. I joined Watermark in January 2010 and look forward to using my acquired skills to help this business meet its vision for its principals, employees and clients.
