My patent clients are predominantly in the agricultural, healthcare, food and packaging industries and my practice includes patent drafting, prosecution, opposition and pre-litigation advice as well as litigation assistance. My substantial trade marks practice encompasses trade mark filing, prosecution, opposition and non-use work in relation to Australian and New Zealand trade marks. I am experienced in filing and prosecuting and maintaining international trade mark portfolios for Australian clients.
